Preparation of a professionally written press pack containing topical information about your company for circulation to key media. Preparation of the target media list and research into relevant forthcoming features. Initial confidential media audit to assess existing perceptions of your company and for use as a tool to measure the effectiveness of the PR campaign over an agreed period.

Implementation of key tactics
As well as maintaining a regular flow of news releases and feature article, we will also arrange meetings with key journalists, place industry overviews within key media, arrange press briefings, and develop case studies in conjunction with your own clients. Media training is offered to equip you with the skill in managing the media to your organisation’s advantage.

Measurement and evaluation
It is important that the impact of your PR campaign can be measured and assessed against the objectives set at the outset of the campaign. Column inches in the form of news and feature articles are vital, with the industry standard (PRCA) valuing PR coverage as worth five times advertising of the same size.

We will carry out a second media audit after six or 12 months to measure how the perception of your company has changed as a result of the PR campaign.
